Optionally purchasable ammunition that complements the regular one. Intended to be expensive and purchaseable on a single magazine basis.

Armor Piercing Ammunition

Ammunition that does increased damage on enemies with armor.

  • Purchaseable for rifles and SMG’s.
  • Increased damage on enemies with armor.
  • Decreased damage on enemies without armor.
  • Increased punch through walls/doors/etc.
  • Own ‘bullet-fly-by’ and ‘surface-hit’ sounds.

Hollow Point Ammunition

Ammunition that does horrendus damage on enemies without armor.

  • Purchaseable for rifles and SMG’s.
  • Increased damage on enemies without armor.
  • Decreased damage on enemies with armor.
  • Riocheting at walls/doors/etc.
  • Creates extraordinary large bullet holes on hit surfaces.
  • Increased “freezing” of hit enemies due to the higher stopping power.
  • Slighlty increased accuracy at distances due to the better ballistics of the bullet.
  • Own ‘bullet-fly-by’ and ‘surface-hit’ sounds.

Shuffle Ammo

  • Hitting the reload key in fast succession shuffles through available ammo (e.g. Regular, Armor Piercing and Hollow Point), then reloading the selected one.

Easy visual recognition of the loaded ammunition on a rifle.
Blue tape around the mag and a tainted bullet counter indicate that hollow point ammunition is loaded.
Red tape around the mag and a tainted bullet counter indicate that armor piercing ammunition is loaded.
Regular Ammo: Bullet energy is heavily reduced by walls.
Armor Piercing Ammo: Just a slight power loss when shooting through walls.
Hollow Point Ammo: Unable to penetrate surfaces, it riochets randomly with strongly reduced bullet energy.
